Ata Pancake
This is one the fastest food you can prepare in a minimum time of 15 minutes. I prefer eating it with some chutney or some sauce or some pickle and can be complimented well with a good masala tea or rather I'd call it 'chai'.
Take some ata in a small bowl almost equivalent to making 2-3 pieces. Add a pinch of salt for taste. You can use sugar instead of salt also as per your choice. Add a small tablespoon of olive oil. Make a batter of it. In the mean time get non-stick pan ready in a medium heat adding a pinch of olive oil or sometimes its more preferable not to add the oil part. Pour the batter accordingly as per the size requirement. Turn over until the sides are light brown. Serve it in a plate along with some chutney or some sauce or some pickle. Its ready to be tasted hot! hot! along with a masala 'chai'.
