SIMPLE PASTA NOODLE
You wake up on Sunday, a day to relax for office goers, a day to lazy around and you are in no mood to prepare anything. Still your stomach is grumbling and you need to feed it. What would you do then? Well, this is what I would make for myself on a lazy Sunday grabbing hold of what I can lay my hands on in the kitchen. A simple PASTA NOODLE.
Below is the ingredients and the procedure for making the pasta noodle.
Ingredient
1) Flat pasta noodle (as per quantity desired)
2) Tomatoes, 2 nos.
3) Onions, 2 nos.
4) Egg, 2 nos.
5) Olive Oil
6) Green chilly
7) Mayonnaise
8) Tomato suace
9) Soya sauce
10) Cheese (Britannia)
Procedure
Boil the pasta noodle for about 5-6 minutes. Just make sure it is not over boiled and over cooked. Drain out the pasta and keep aside. Take a non-stick pan, pour some olive oil and wait for it to get heated. In the mean time, keep aside eggs scrambled, onions finely chopped, tomatoes finely chopped. When the oil heats up, pour the egg in the pan and fry until yellow. After that fry the chopped onions until light brown. After that cook the chopped tomatoes until they form a little paste. Add a pinch of chili powder, salt and pepper as per taste. Add 3-4 big table spoon of Mayonnaise and a cup of finely grated cheese. Add luke warm water as per your choice of making the paste. Mix and cook the ingredients well in medium heat. Let the cheese melt. Check that the mixture does not dry off while cooking.
When the mixture has cooked well and made sure a good amount of paste has been formed then put the pasta noodles in the pan. Mix well again in light heat. Thereafter add 3 tablespoon of soya sauce and tomato sauce as per your spicy taste requirement. Put off the heat and now mix all the contents well leaving a good amount of paste.
Serve on a while plate with chopstick garnishing it with coriander and finely chopped spring onions.
It is ready to be tasted!...Cooking time 20-25 minutes.
